[Linux-cluster] Booting node 1 causes it to fence node 2

Hello NM,

You can add clean_start="1" in your config

sample:

<cluster alias="cms" config_version="4" name="cms">
        <fence_daemon clean_start="1" post_fail_delay="0" post_join_delay="3"/>
