I hadn't realised Netapp SANs could do this until I saw Wendys post. Once 
I'd talked to our sysadmin I found they had turned this feature off 
because it takes up too much diskspace and we don't have much storage in 
our SAN. :-(    We'll definitely be turning it on for next time!

Will keep working through the rest of your tips!
