[Linux-cluster] What is the proper way to grow LVM/GFS volumes

Here is the update:

[root at fenmrdev03 ~]# lvextend  -l+100%FREE  /dev/nuvg4/nulv4
  Extending logical volume nulv4 to 10.00 GB
  Error locking on node fenmrdev04: device-mapper: create ioctl failed:
