[Linux-cluster] RPC Issue?

I have setup two Node Cluster Setup and while trying to failover
manually,its throwing the following error:

The Above Bold Letters indicates the Error Message I am not able to
trace out.
I have only one service called Mplus which through the script is
starting up.

Please Help me with the Issue.
