[Linux-cluster] rgmanager inconsistency

I recently rebuilt a node in a four-node LDAP cluster.  cman starts
fine on it, but rgmanager is wonky.  The init script claims to
have succeeded, and claims that rgmanager is running:

# service rgmanager status
clurgmgrd (pid 3616 3615) is running...


'clustat' on all of the other nodes claim that this node is running
rgmanager:

Member Name                                 ID   Status
------ ----                                 ---- ------
chico                                       1    Online, rgmanager

But 'clustat' on the node itself thinks rgmanager isn't running:

Member Name                                 ID   Status
------ ----                                 ---- ------
chico                                       1    Online, Local

There's nothing interesting in the logs, AFAICT.

Where do I start for troubleshooting this?
