[Openais] [Linux-cluster] [patch] website about crypt.c

The libtomcrypt.org is a domain squatter. Libtomcrypt.com says
everything is moving to libtom.org - but that, apparently, never
happened. The old pages still exist at
http://libtomcrypt.com/index.old.html but the news stopped being updated
in 2006.
