[Linux-cluster] Creating custom OCF_RESKEY_ variables, now how and what to refresh?

update your cluster.conf serial number and ccs_tool update it, if you
don't want to restart rgmanager.

If your resource script is good, it should be loaded, check rgmanager
log to see how many rules were loaded (you should have one additional
compared to the previous rgmanager load)
