[Linux-cluster] IP Resource behavior with Red Hat Cluster

Hi all

Issue has been resolved. After debugging a bit I found that link to
eth was not detected -

"ethtool ethX | grep "Link detected:" |  awk '{print $3}'"
Output - no

After resolving around this, I could get my IP resource up.
