[Linux-cluster] Creating custom OCF_RESKEY_ variables, now how and what to refresh?

- needs to be mode 755
- update /etc/cluster/cluster.conf's version and run
   ccs_tool update /etc/cluster/cluster.conf
   cman_tool version -r <new_config_version>
- remove all backup files from /usr/share/cluster -OR- chmod -x them.
