[Linux-cluster] Debian 6, GFS2, chkconfig

Hi Daniel,

this bug has already been addressed in cman init script. I suspect
Debian 6.x has an older version.

You can ask Debian maintainers to update or at least grab the latest
init script from STABLE31 branch.
