[Linux-cluster] dlm-pcmk-3.0.17-1.fc14.x86_64 and gfs-pcmk-3.0.17-1.fc14.x86_64 woes

No, those packages have been removed intentionally since pacemaker now
supports cman cluster manager and they become obsoleted.

So very short summary:

configure cman for clusternodes
start cman (including dlm/gfs controld)
tell pacemaker to use cman
configure fencing and all services.
