Ah! Ok, you're using EL5 / RHCS v2. The rhcs_fence tool has not been
tested on EL5, so you will need to go back to "obliterate-peer.sh" and
manually enter a "sleep 10;" at the start of *one* of the nodes.

Once that is done, test again and see if it works.
