[Linux-cluster] Monitoring Frequency - can it be changed?

Monitoring frequencies may be defined per resource in cluster.conf, i.e.:

<ip ... >
   <action name="status" depth="*" interval="30" />
</ip>

Also, one can change default action times per resource type in 
resource-agent meta-data in <actions> section.
