[Linux-cluster] Issue regarding RHEL 6 Cluster Fencing

Please make sure the following:

-The user Administrator have the right to execute such command
-The host can ping the ip @ of the ilo
-You can ssh the ilo from the host
-I suggest to create another ilo user with full access for testing purpose
