[Linux-cluster] git repo of fence-virt

Before sending a PR(https://github.com/ryan-mccabe/fence-virt/pull/2) to you,
I have to search the git repository for fence-virt again and again.

Though http://sourceforge.net/p/fence-virt/code/ci/master/tree/ is not
maintained, it is advertised in https://fedorahosted.org/cluster/wiki/FenceVirt.

Could you update these old URL to the newer one(https://github.com/ryan-mccabe/fence-virt)?
So people who got interests to fence-virt can work on the latest code.
