[linux-lvm] made a debian package out of lvm-0.7

Hi all,

today i made a Debian-Package from lvm-0.7.  If someone is
interested i can send the diff via e-mail.  I made only a few changes
on the makefiles.  Maybe it will be sometimes integrated into 
the lvm-distribution?

BTW: it is the first Debian-Package i made, so it may not be
perfect... :*)
