[linux-lvm] Problems compiling LVM

I have Red Hat 6.2 with kernel 2.2.17 patched with mosix. I downloaded:
lvm_0.8-pre02.10.1999.tar.gz  and  patch-2.2.13-LVM-0.8i.gz

I patched the kernel and it went right. Mosix still works properly and I
can load lvm modules.
However, I can not compile the LVM application. I try to understand and
modify the makefile but I did not success. I report my error messages to
see if anybody can help me because I do not see the light !!!!
