[linux-lvm] Newbie Questin - How to use LVM after INSTALLING IT !!!

Hello ,
        i have installed the LVM successfully , But as i am using the RED
HAt 7.1 my df gives 

Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on 
/dev/hda5 4870252 3271568 1351288 71% / 
/dev/hda2 23333 2468 19661 11% /boot
/dev/hda6  2624792   2124772    366684  85% /var   


how can i use it to make my / , /boot , /var 
dynamic ( in resize ) .
