[linux-lvm] Patch status update

Hi all,

in order to keep everybody tuned about the kernel patch status:

Alan Cox is kindly checking our LVM kernel patch bits now.

We hope to get a status from him this week and will send them
to Linus after any necessary cleanup ASAP.
