curious, my /proc/mounts is correct wrt device names
i have:
[vc/2]root at Moskowskaya:~# cat /proc/mounts
/dev/vg01/lvol1 / ext2 rw 0 0
....

could this be due to the LVM_HD_NAME that was rejected from the kernel
some time ago?
