[linux-lvm] Minor mixup in LVM 1.0.3 man pages -- found the boot code!

Sent you a message about mixed up man pages about 5 minutes ago.  Just
found the boot code, in (of course) INSTALL.  Duh.  Had to use grep on
the source tarball.  Thank you for not being Microsoft! :-) :-) :-) :-)
