[linux-lvm] No more than 6 LVs?

Andy,

you probaly hit a status flag flaw in the LVM driver, which occasionally
bites this way.

Could you try to update the LVM driver to the one contained in LVM 1.1-rc1
(or even better use 1.1-rc2) and retry, please.
