[linux-lvm] Installing LVM on s/390 redhat 7.2 2.4.7-39

I had been doing the make dep, forgot to list it. 

I've moved up to kernel 2.4.9-38, going to try with that. Failing that, I might have to get an evaluation copy of Suse linux.
