[linux-lvm] LVM Help Please Version 1.0.7 segmentation fault -- redhat

Can any one please help.. I the following set up and when I add one move
logical volume to s390c I then get a segmentation fault on just about
everything vgdisplay works but vgdisplay -v does not -- any assistance
would be greatly appreciated..
