[linux-lvm] can vgcfgrestore of lvm2 be used to recovery the metadata backuped with vgcfgbackup of lvm1?

Is there a method for using vgcfgrestore of lvm2 to recovery the
metadata which were originally backuped with vgcfgbackup of lvm1?
Or alternatively method to make a workaround?
