[linux-lvm] file descriptor 3 left open

What do you mean by "not working", the rpm command seems to think the  
files are installed...  Take a look in /boot/grub/menu.lst and see if  
the kernel is in there and it is the default to boot (default = 0 for  
the first kernel listed)
