[linux-lvm] How to restore a PV ??

After installing the latest version available ( packaged ), I get:

[root at clachan ~]# lvm version
LVM version:     2.02.06 (2006-05-12)
Library version: 1.02.07 (2006-05-11)
Driver version:  4.6.0


Should these be new enough?
