The filter seems alright and in fact it looked like LVM picked multipath
devices from the "lvs ..." command output. It didn't match your 'dmsetup
table' output though.

I wonder how that can happen. Try "de-actvating and reactivating" LVM
group and see if that changes "dmsetup table" output.
