[linux-lvm] Logical Volume Inaccessible

What does 'pvscan; vgscan; lvscan' show? If the LVs show 'inactive', try 
'lvchange -ay <lv_path>', then 'lvscan' should show the LV as 'ACTIVE'. 
If so, try mounting the LV.
