[linux-lvm] vgextend --restoremissing does not work.

Are you sure  PV signature on  '/dev/sdc' contains your missing uuid
from your volume group  'sdc_sdd' ?

Attach  'pvs' output.

If you want to just 'add'  /dev/sdc to your VG - skip --restoremissing option.
