     lvmetad.c: ignore lvmetad global handle on disconnect

     do not unset lvmetad global handle on disconnect. This is
     hotfix for issue described in:

     Reported-by: Christian Hesse <list at eworm.de>

pvscan --cache --background segfaulted due to NULL ptr dereference.
