[lvm-devel] [PATCH] Add restart option to clvmd

This patch adds a restart command to clvmd (clvmd -S) that restarts the 
daemon preserving exclusive locks. This will not work if clvmd is 
downgraded because the old clvmd does not understand the -E switches.
