[lvm-devel] [PATCH] build-system fixes for --enable-static

The following patch fixes missing LDFLAGS from dependent packages when
building lvm2 statically.  It also adjusts the build system for
libselinux CFLAGS/LIBS, to attempt to grab them from pkg-config first.
