[lvm-devel] "semop failed" while lvrename execution

Hi Zdenek!

Great! This solved my issue: I copies the

./lvm2/udev/95-dm-notify.rules,in

to

/etc/udev/rules.d/95-dm-notify.rules

Reboot .. all is fine.
