[mgmt] Language presentation at CfgMgmtCamp Portland

Hey hackers!

Sorry that things have been quiet lately, I've been busy with some work
things and casually working on the mgmt language!

I'll be presenting the language publicly in Portland, Oregon, United
States on August 3rd:

I'll have a lot of brand new demos, explanations, and opportunities for
contributors to get involved. If you don't send me patches, the project
will die! :(

I've been hacking things out in a private feature branch, which is why
my upstream commit volume has been low lately. I'll try and get things
in git master as soon as possible!

Lastly, I have not finalized a `name` for the language or a file
extension, so please make your suggestions ASAP, before it hits git
master if you'd like to influence my decision! Otherwise I'll end up
picking something stupid :(
