Upstreaming Fedora's patches?

I don't know all the details because Stransky did all the work, but is 
there any chance that we can upstream some or all of the patches that we 
use against nspluginwrapper?

What will it take to bring us closer to upstream?

If there are reservations about technical issues please discuss.
