Tom Traugott brings a wealth of experience in the data center and
colocation industry, including involvement in more than $300 million
in data center transactions. Prior to joining the LeFrak
Organization, Mr. Traugott was VP of Sales for CoreSite in Boston
where he successfully facilitated deals valued at over $40 million
total contract value. At LeFrak Mr. Traugott is responsible for
leasing of a 5M RSF commercial portfolio as part of the mixed-use
master development known as Newport in Jersey City, NJ. While LeFrak
is known for its commercial and residential real estate projects, the
firm owns one of the largest data center/carrier hotels in the New
York area - 111 Town Sq Place, fka 111 Pavonia, a 500,000 RSF, hybrid
