[Open-scap] openscap 0.8.5 - binary rpms

In order to simplify an usage of latest release on RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) systems, I've also prepared binary
rpms for RHELs 5 and 6. They are built from openscap-0.8.5.tar.gz with openscap.spec files from dist/ subdirectories.
There are also prepared yum repositories [1] [2].

If you are a Fedora user, you can use latest updates from the Fedora updates{,-testing} repositories.

For RHEL-6 use these steps:
# wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/epel-6-openscap.repo http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/gitopenscap/openscap/epel-6-openscap.repo

# yum update openscap
...
