[Open-scap] [PATCH 0/4] Miscellaneous build improvements.

1/4: Fixes an unnecessary segfault that affects newbie developers.

2/4: Adds a ./run script, which avoids the need to set environment
variables everywhere in the tests, as well as making it easier to use
oscap without installing it.

3/4, 4/4: Simple fixes to the .gitignore file.

'make && make check' passes after applying these patches.
