Hello Aaron,

To debug further, please export OVAL results from this test:

  $ oscap oval eval --results results.xml \
       tests/probes/password/test_probes_password.xml

In the results.xml file you will be able to identify which <criterion>
results in 'false'.

Please think twice, before you share that results file with the mailing
list. Nevertheless, you can share with us the output of

  $ xpath results.xml '//criterion[@result="false"]'
