Dear Sir,
Actually, I installed Fedora 19 on my desktop and follow the
OpenSCAP download page to compile and make check, but I met one error among
implementing oscap-command-line tool. Before compilation oscap, I have
installed packages including README and extra lots of packages excluding in
README. I don't know what happened on system and how to troubleshoot.
I have attached files you listed, and looking forward to
pass the "make check" test.
I follow the procedure posted on OpenSCAP, compiled myself,
unchange anything on XSD files, and the version of libxml2 installed is
libxml2-2.9.1-1.fc19.x86_64.
              Thanks for your kindly help.
You-Chih Wu, Graduate School Student in ICE of NKNU from
Taiwan, ROC.
