Hi,
you can change the prefix when running ./configure. Check out
the --prefix option. The default value is /usr/local which makes
the paths /usr/local/share/openscap/... and
/usr/local/libexec/openscap.
If that is not an option you can change these paths at runtime
by using environment variables. Namely:
OSCAP_CHECK_ENGINE_PLUGIN_DIR
OVAL_PROBE_DIR
OSCAP_SCHEMA_PATH
OSCAP_XSLT_PATH
OSCAP_CPE_PATH
