[Open-scap] openscap 1.2.15 failed "make check" -> process58

Hi,

thank you for the report.
This test is not as deterministic as we want, perhaps we need to improve it again.
Usually, running it again will be successful.
But it's just a test, you can skip it if you need to install.
We will definitely get back into these issues.
