[Open-scap] [scapworkbench] Unable to "save as rpm"

Here are the requested details:scap workbench version: SCAP Workbench 1.1.5, compiled with Qt 4.8.7 using openscap 1.3.0Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10Pro

The "As RPM" option is grayed out when scap-workbench was compiled without the presence of "save-as-rpm" application.
