[Open-scap] Oscap Anaconda Addon 1.1.1 is out

Hello everybody,

the Security Compliance Team is proud to announce release of the 
OpenSCAP Anaconda Addon.

A couple of UX improvements made it in the release:

  * The spoke title is now translatable: fixes
    https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1673044
  * UX of reviewing actions needed by the profile has been improved:
    fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1781790

Most importantly though, the 1.1 version of the addon is the only one 
that works with Fedora 32 or RHEL 8.3 and its derivatives.
