[Open-scap] Duplicate checks

Hi All,
I am checking one of the rpm via in house development tool, I find
that we have 3 checks for rpm
   <criterion comment="perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib is earlier than
0:2.023-119.el6" test_ref="oval:com.redhat.rhsa:tst:20110558063"/>
       <criterion comment="perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib is earlier than
0:2.023-119.el6_1.1" test_ref="oval:com.redhat.rhsa:tst:20111424037"/>
       <criterion comment="perl-Compress-Raw-Zlib is earlier than
1:2.020-130.el6_4" test_ref="oval:com.redhat.rhsa:tst:20130685060"/>

As per Redhat security release 2.023-119.el6_1.1 is a mistake and one
should be using 2.2.020-130.el6_4.

Question: My system have rpm installed with version 2.020-130.el6_4,
how do I can say it is taken care for both of
oval:com.redhat.rhsa:tst:20110558063
and
oval:com.redhat.rhsa:tst:20111424037
