[Open-scap] OpenSCAP Issue with Windows 10 STIG Rules

Hi Team,

I've installed OpenSCAP Windows version 1.3.0 and
downloaded U_MS_Windows_10_V1R21_STIG.zip

While running below command it shows all the rules are executed with status
"notchecked"

oscap xccdf eval --results abc.xml --report abc.html
C:\Work\U_MS_Windows_10_V1R21_STIG\U_MS_Windows_10_V1R21_Manual_STIG\U_MS_Windows_10_STIG_V1R21_Manual-xccdf.xml

I am using Windows 10 Pro Build 18362 and execute using an administrator
user along with antivirus disabled.

Really appreciate if someone can help to find out how to use oscap with
above STIG rules for successful result.
