[Open-scap] Fwd: OpenSCAP 1.3.5 msi - Unable to run Oval test (Error : unhandled win32 exception)

Hi all,

I was trying to install open scap 1.3.5 on windows 10 machine. The
installation passes, but i get an error message while trying to validate
Oval file.The command works fine on 1.30 verison.  Please advise for any
solution
