FYI, see attached mail for details of some changes to livecd tools to 
allow creation of the fully-partitioned & ready-to-run appliance straight
from a kickstart file. Tested with the ovirt WUI appliance & it works 
very nicely indeed. It reduces the instructions for building the WUI 
appliance to merely be:

   # disk-creator wui-appliance.ks
