[Ovirt-devel] [PATCH] build-all.sh - use released oVirt RPMs

Further build-all changes on top of  [PATCH] build-all.sh optional sources output
make it work w/o local repo i.e. using released ovirt* RPMs from ovirt.org repo

Simply call ./build-all.sh -c -d to get developer appliance.
This still builds local pungi mirror but doesn't rebuild ovirt RPMs locally.
